We do not accept orders outside of the UK.

Orders placed before 12pm are normally dispatched the same or the next working day.

Free UK shipping

Free for UK mainland – see exceptions below for solar panels and batteries to specific regions and postcodes.

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48, but for larger items such as batteries and solar panels we use FedEx Priority (normally a 24 hour service).

Our courier charges a premium for certain postcodes when delivering solar panels and batteries. All other products are free UK delivery, regardless of postcode. The exceptions are shown below.

Returns

We have a 28 day returns policy from the time of delivery. We do not refund returns postage. Please call us to arrange a return.
